For obvious reasons related to the topography of the different courses, competitors in distress, in case it is possible, try to rally by their own means a point accessible by the rescue vehicles.

Respect for nature is an imperative rule in the behavior of each racer. Any failure to do so (including throwing food, gel or drink packaging) is immediately sanctioned by exclusion from the race.

Any recourse against the organization for the use of photos or images related to the event for the promotion of the event is formally excluded. Any information in terms accommodation, catering and additional information can be obtained by writing to the following email address: info@gruyère-trail-charmey.ch The organizing committee of the “Gruyère Trail Charmey” declines all responsibility in case of accident or illness. Racers must stay on the designated course. If competitors find themselves obligated to open certain barriers to access the course, they have an unconditional obligation to close them after their passage. Racers have an obligation to help other competitors who are in distress (accident, illness …).

In the event of failure to finish the race that is not injury related, the competitor must notify the person in charge of the nearest refueling or control post and give him his bib. When the refueling stations are closed, the organization may, as far as possible, repatriate racers who have abandoned.
